Corruption again!
It is not uncommon that I bring to the front the constant corruption going on in Ukraine. I have, through the posts, pointed out that Canada has corruption as well as Ukraine, but what seems to be less. What do I mean by less? Well, in truth, they hide their dirty deeds much better as do other first-world nations.
This past week, the Prime Minister of Canada has been found out that his government provided a contract to a nonprofit that pays youth to fill volunteer roles as the COVID pandemic has positioned many youths not to earn any funds this year.

So this company was awarded $900,000,000.00 – ya, nine hundred million Canadian dollars, about 650,000,000 USD. In that, the Prime Minister's mother and brother were paid to speak at a number of the events. Mother received about 260,000 and brother just under 40,000 of the nonprofits contracted money. It looks like they just love this nonprofit, including the Prime Minister and his wife. The Prime Minister's wife has spoken many times on the podcast the group puts out.
The Prime Minister said right away it was his bad. Sort of like saying, I'm sorry. He has been in this spot before, and in much in the same light, he played ignorance, that is, "I didn't know'. Though he would not answer if he knew his mother and brother were being paid to speak for the charity.
So without delay, the government will investigate to see where the system failed, and they will try to understand how this nonprofit ended up with the contract in the first place.
Favoritism is everywhere. They will dig and learn if the Prime Minister's wife was paid for the podcast involvement. All this took place in 2017 only now it is found out.
Could you imagine what the investigation will cost? For sure it will hit $500,000.00 and maybe $1,500,000.00
For some reason, the same things keep going on round and round. Political roles around the world have taken on a royalty role, not a servant role.
So there you have it, Canada is no better than any other, but Ukraine could take lessons in the form of not exposing what is really going on.
